The best Thrift Shops in Paris

Paris is such a vast city with so many places to explore, one of them being thrift shops. If you are shopping on a budget and want something cheap but trendy, thrift stops are the place to be.

Although it can get really crowded during peak hours, but if you get lucky you could find something really interesting

Here is a list of the thrifts stores that I love:

1. Unité Locale Croix Rouge

Their main goal is to give the necessities (basic clothing, mattresses, pillows etc) to the homeless people or people in need. but they also offer clothing and accessories for people who want to buy it.

They have a lot of stores in Paris and it is a really good store to find something cheap. The stores are relatively smaller than the others, but a must to go. They often have collections from brands in their stores. The last time I went there I was pretty surprised to see a collection of Max Mara starting from 20 € to 50 €. I thought that was great.

2. Kilo Store

This is a very interesting concept, where you pay according to the weight of your item. So the price will depend on the weight (kilo) of what you buy. It is located in the Marais district. The prices here are not fixed but it varies according to the colour. ( For example red-20€/kilo, green- 30€/kilo ) They have everything from clothing to accessories, for both men and women.

3. Guerrisol

This is one of the cheapest thrift stores in Paris, with price starting from 5€. They sell everything from tops, shirts, shoes to accessories.They have a lot of clothes so it might be tough to find something that you like. It is better to go there in the morning's when it is calmer, with less people. Also make sure to check your items before buying them, because not everything is in a good condition there.

4. Free'P'Star

This is close to the Kilo store in Le Marais. They have everything, from clothing to accessories. The prices start from 5€ to 60-70€. There is also a tray of 1 euro items, where you might find something interesting if you are lucky. They also sell clothing from luxury brands like Moncler, Burberry, Valentino for 20€- 25€ , which is great. It can get really crowded in the evenings so make sure you go prepared!
